    Una guida che bisogna avere

    Dopo aver letto tutte e 3 le guide posso confermare che sono di alto valore, riescono a mettere ordine alle idee su un mondo complesso, in maniera semplice.

    Le informazioni al loro interno, secondo me, dovrebbero entrare a far parte nel sapere "base" di ogni individuo.

    Consiglio a tutti la lettura!

    Non avevo dubbi che il dottore riuscisse a mettere nero su bianco la “ sintesi” di quello che spiega nei post/video. È una guida “facile” ed essenziale ,da leggere ogni qualvolta si abbia bisogno “quel motivo in più “...

    una guida perfetta da tutti i punti di vista

    Una guida ottima, accessibile a chiunque voglia iniziare un nuovo percorso a favore della propria salute, abbandonando le cattive abitudini giornaliere. I temi trattati sono spiegati semplicemente ma in modo chiaro e dettagliato. Personalmente mi ha aiutata molto a rivalutare il valore dell’alimentazione, insegnandomi cose che non sapevo e rendendomi consapevole delle esigenze del mio corpo. Come esplicita la guida, tutti siamo diversi, abbiamo solo bisogno di ascoltarci.
