GRN® Operating Conditions
1. Program Results
The results of the nutrition and supplementation program also depend on the individual’s commitment and willingness to follow the recommendations. Therefore, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
2. Non-Refundability
Once purchased, the program is non-refundable. Please carefully evaluate your decision before proceeding with the purchase.
3. Tax Deductibility
The program is tax deductible as a healthcare service. Please ensure that you retain all receipts and necessary documentation in order to benefit from the tax deduction.
4. Booking Changes
Consultation bookings cannot be modified within 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Please organize your time accordingly to avoid inconvenience.
5. Service Expiration
Each service package has a specific duration starting from the agreed start date. All consultations and services must be completed within this timeframe; otherwise, any unused services will be forfeited.
For the package in question, the maximum period within which the package may be used is specified in the program title (with an additional grace period of one month, not binding unless otherwise agreed between the parties).
This duration does not apply to 7/7 WhatsApp support, which will in any case follow the timeframe specified in the package description, if applicable.
6. User Responsibility
It is the user’s responsibility to follow the instructions and recommendations provided during the program. Any failure to adhere to such recommendations may affect the final results.
It is also the user’s responsibility to make reasonable use of the 7/7 WhatsApp support, taking into account appropriate working hours when expecting a response from the Team.
7. Informed Consent
By purchasing the program, the user declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted all terms and conditions.
8. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be promptly communicated to users and will apply to new purchases.

For the online publication of before/after photos or any other personal information, additional explicit consent will be required. Without such explicit consent, no photos or personal information will be shared publicly.
